    The various children's activities kept my kids entertained during our stay. The pools are fantastic, providing fun for both adults and kids, and the food quality was quite good, especially at the Asian restaurant.     Amazing pool and awesome staff!

    The rooms were super comfy, and the pool was just perfect. The staff were really nice and were great, even helped us get a table at the Asian restaurant when we couldn't book one. Only bummer was not getting into the a la carte restaurants on our first night.

    The Mediterranean fare here was a delight, especially at the Symposium where the food caught my taste buds off guard! The poolside snack bar had quality bites that kept my family fueled for adventure. We enjoyed excellent food in the all-inclusive setup and the spacious family room fit us all perfectly!

    While the facilities are fine, it was like the staff could use a crash course in service etiquette. Some basic info seemed lost on them. The strict dress code for a self-service restaurant was more than a little absurd.

    Perfect get away for families

    We booked a family suite and it was excellent! The kids loved the water park and came back each day with smiles, made it all worth while.

    It wasn't exactly cheap but for the quality we got, it felt reasonable.

    Euphoria Resort offers a beautiful swimming pool that's perfect. The water park is amazing, keeping my children entertained for hours. Our room had a fantastic view and was equipped with everything we needed. Dining service left much to be desired. Long waits for drinks at the pool and tables were empty while waitstaff chatted. Sometimes, staff was forgetful about our requests. The buffet had good food, but they really need to work on the issues with reservations at the a la carte restaurants. Some staff seemed unsure of their roles, frustrating. The cleanliness was great, but the overall service didn't match the hotel's fine facilities. We was like we were in a beautiful place but often went unacknowledged during meals.
